Weekend clinic pop-ups: register without building a whole new site

Guest-coach weekends and one-off clinics should not require a new Squarespace. On a CCCM working site you add a package: dates, ages, fee, Register — same rental, new offer. Parents use the URL they already trust.

Same rental, new package

Pop-up clinics need:

- Clear title and date/time - Age or skill band - Location and parking note - Fee and how to pay **you** - Waiver at signup if required - Cap / full state when the clinic sells out

Keep the clinic on your main domain. Do not invent a second DIY site that goes stale after the event. When the weekend ends, archive or mark the package closed and leave season Register alone.

Guest coaches and your brand

If a guest coach promotes the clinic on their own socials, give them your Register URL, not a personal Venmo bio link. You keep the roster, release, and fee clarity. After the clinic, you already have parents on your list for the next season package — without building a disposable mini-site.

Promote without fragmenting

Flyers, Instagram, and coach bios all point to the same clinic URL on your site. Avoid a unique Google Form per coach that nobody can find next season. Reuse payment instructions from your season packages so families are not learning a new Venmo handle every month.

Cap and waitlist

Set a hard cap on the clinic package. When full, show waitlist or closed — do not keep taking Venmo from overflow athletes you cannot coach safely that day.

Multi-day clinics

For Friday–Sunday pop-ups, list each day's hours and whether partial attendance is allowed. Parents plan carpools around the real schedule, not a vague "weekend clinic" label.
