Your customers want a Book button, not another voicemail
Cleaners, lawn crews, detailers, painters, and HVAC techs lose jobs the same way: a good lead calls, gets voicemail, and books the shop that answered online.
Phone still matters for weird jobs and rush work. It should not be the only way someone can hire you.
What a trade booking site actually does
A working site for a local service shop is simple on purpose:
Your services and packages in plain language
Photos of real jobs (not stock filler)
A clear next step — book a slot or request an estimate
How you take payment listed up front
Deposits and job money to your accounts (Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Square, or your card processor)
CCCM never holds job money. We rent the site and keep it live. You take the work.
Phone tag vs a Book button
When someone finds you on Google, Facebook, or a neighbor’s referral, they are already comparing you to two other names. The shop with a working Book / Estimate page usually wins the easy jobs. The shop that only lists a phone number wins the people willing to leave three voicemails — and that group is shrinking.
You can still answer the phone. The site catches the rest while you are on a job.
What the rental includes
CCCM rents a done-for-you booking site for local trades:
Live in about one business day after paid checkout and complete details
$149 first month, then $99/month, three-month minimum
We build it and run it — you do not manage templates
One round of tweaks each month included
Cancel after the minimum exports your text, photos, and customer list (not the site design)
Optional add-ons are priced separately. Academy OS and athletic-homeschool software are quoted separately — talk first, no online checkout for that lane.
Who this is for
Solo and small crews who already know how to do the work but lose people between “I found you” and “you called me back.” If your calendar fills when you answer and goes quiet when you cannot, a Book button closes that gap.
See trade examples on the home page. Start rental at /checkout. Club sites live on /sports.
FAQ
- Do I still need a phone number?
- Yes. Put it on the site. Booking is for people who prefer not to call first.
- Will deposits go to CCCM?
- No. Job money goes to your accounts. We never touch it.
- How fast is live?
- About one business day after checkout is paid and we have name, city, services, photos, and how you take payment.
- What if I already have a half-finished Wix site?
- You can keep it, park it, or replace it. Most operators who rent with us were stuck mid-build or on Facebook-only.
