Your club’s season signup is still a Facebook event
You posted the season. Forty parents hit Interested. Three asked “how do we pay?” in the comments. One Venmoed the wrong coach. Nobody knows who is actually registered.
A Facebook event is fine for a reminder. It is a weak place to run a whole season.
What “Interested” does not mean
Interested is not a roster. It is not a deposit. It is not a signed waiver. Families who never joined your group never see the thread. Relocating parents who found you on Maps bounce when the only next step is “see event for details.”
Clubs that fill seats put ages, fees, dates, and Register on one page a phone can finish Tuesday night.
Keep the event. Own the Register door.
Post the flyer. Tag the coaches. Still point every “how do I sign up?” to a site you control.
A CCCM working site for a club or sports academy is simple on purpose:
- Program name, ages, and location in plain language
- Season or tryout packages with what is included
- Register or request a spot as the clear next step
- Deposits and fees to your accounts (Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Square, or your card processor)
CCCM never holds club money. We rent the site and keep it live. You take the registrations.
Design your site — what that means here
CCCM builds a done-for-you public site for clubs, sports academies, and local schools:
- Live in 2 business days after paid checkout and complete details
- $149 first month, then $99/month, three-month minimum
- We build it and run it — you do not manage templates after practice
- One round of tweaks each month included
- Buyout $1,500 if you want to own the site later
- Offer terms locked 60 days
Public Register page first. Academy OS (attendance, clearance, staff desk) is a separate conversation when you are ready — talk first, no online checkout for that lane. This post is about the door parents use to pay and enroll.

FAQ
- Can I keep the Facebook event for reminders?
- Yes. Keep posting the flyer and tagging coaches. Point every signup and fee question to your Register page so Interested is not your roster.
- Does CCCM hold club fees or deposits?
- No. Fees and deposits go to your accounts. We never hold club money — only the site rental.
- How fast can a Register page go live?
- About 2 business days after paid checkout and complete details (club name, city, sports or age groups, photos, packages, how you take payment).
