Athlete portfolios and film links — not report cards — on the public site

Sports academies sometimes ask for a website that "shows grades and report cards." That is the wrong public product. What belongs on a marketing and Register site is different: program info, packages, and — if you choose — athlete portfolio or film links with permission. Academic report cards are not a CCCM working-site feature, and we are clear about that on purpose.

Public site vs academic systems

We do not build report-card products. Families still need a clean path to join your training programs. Those are different jobs.

Portfolios done carefully

If you showcase athletes:

- Get guardian permission before any public name or film link - Prefer opt-in portfolio pages over dumping every roster online - Host film on the platforms you already use; link thoughtfully - Do not imply college placement guarantees - Keep Register and fees louder than vanity galleries

A highlight wall that overshadows "how to join" helps ego more than enrollment.

CCCM working site

- $149 first month, then $99/month, three-month minimum - Public Register and program pages — not a grade portal - Money to your academy — CCCM never holds it - Checkout: https://www.getcccm.com/checkout - Club programs: https://www.getcccm.com/sports

Staff-side film links next to roster context can be an Academy OS conversation later: https://www.getcccm.com/academy-os — talk-first, no public OS price.

Invented sample (not a client)

"Horizon Athletic Academy (invented) keeps Register and season packages primary; a optional 'Athlete Film' page lists opt-in links with guardian consent — no grades, no report cards." Invented — not a live academy.

Why the report-card line exists

Academies that also support homeschool athletics sometimes want one login for everything. Academic records and public enrollment are different risk and product surfaces. Use the right tool for grades elsewhere. Use a working site to take registrations and tell the truth about programs.

Recruiting language without hype

Say what coaching and film support you actually provide. Avoid "we get kids scholarships" as a homepage promise. Honest process beats inflated placement copy — and you will not invent case studies here either.

Parent expectations

Publish what coaches will and will not do for recruiting. If film review is a paid add-on, list it as a package. If it is included in elite tuition, say so. Mystery "we'll help when the time comes" becomes a conflict at senior year.

Plain next step

If a working public Register site is what you need, start at https://www.getcccm.com/checkout or email hello@getcccm.com with your school or club name, city, and what you run. If you need staff-desk ops instead, use https://www.getcccm.com/academy-os and expect a conversation — not a self-serve price button.
