Your private school needs an enrollment page parents can finish on their phone
Parents compare two or three private schools in the same week. The one with a clear enrollment page on a phone usually gets the deposit. The one that only offers a PDF packet and “email the office” loses quiet families who never call back.
Text and email still matter for tours and questions. They should not be the only way a family can start the year with you.
What a working enrollment page does
A rented working site for a private school is simple on purpose:
- Grades, ages, and what you offer in plain language - Tuition ranges or packages you are willing to show publicly - A Register / Enroll button parents can finish on their phone - Photo release, emergency contacts, and basic student details collected once - Deposits and fees to **your** accounts (Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Square, or your card processor)
CCCM never holds tuition money. We rent the site and keep it live. You run the school. Families pay you direct.
Why PDFs and “call the office” leak seats
A parent finds you on Maps, a friend share, or a church bulletin. They are already juggling work and childcare. If the next step is download, print, scan, and wait for an inbox reply, a chunk of them switch to the school that already has a form.
Office hours do not match parent evenings. A Register button works at 9:40 p.m. after bedtime. That is not a gimmick — it is how modern families finish decisions.
You can still offer paper for families who want it. The site catches everyone else while your office is in class or on a tour.
What the rental includes
CCCM rents a done-for-you Register site for private schools, microschools, and similar programs:
- Live in about one business day after paid checkout and complete details - $149 first month, then $99/month, three-month minimum - We build it and run it — your staff do not manage templates - One round of tweaks each month included - Cancel after the minimum exports your text, photos, and contact list (not the site design)
Academy OS (attendance, clearance, staff desk) is separate — talk first, no online checkout for that path. This rental is for schools that need a public enrollment page now.
Who this is for
Independent private schools, parish schools, and small academies that take applications or deposits online. Not a district SIS. Not software you configure yourself. Not a promise that we will invent case studies or fake “success stories” with live client URLs.
What you send us
School name, city, grades served, a few photos, package or tuition language you approve, and how you take payment. We publish. You review. Parents hit Register.

A note on speed vs perfection
You do not need a 40-page handbook online to take a deposit. You need accurate grades, a real next step, and payment methods you check. Launch the working path. Add handbook depth in later tweak rounds.
Parents forgive a short site. They do not forgive a broken Apply button.
Plain next step
If a working public Register site is what you need, start at https://www.getcccm.com/checkout or email hello@getcccm.com with your school or club name, city, and what you run. If you need staff-desk ops instead, use https://www.getcccm.com/academy-os and expect a conversation — not a self-serve price button.
