Your practice schedule shouldn't live in a group chat
Your club already has a Facebook page, a coach phone tree, and a parent group chat that never sleeps. Practice times, field changes, and rainouts live in that thread. New families who never joined the chat miss half of it — and still have no clear place to Register or pay.
A group chat is for tonight. Registration is not.
Group texts are fine for "gym 2 tonight" or "fields are wet." They are a weak place to run a season. Parents scroll past fees. Coaches re-answer ages and deposit rules every August. Families who found you on Maps or Instagram never see the thread at all.
That is not a coaching problem. You just do not have one public page that answers the questions before someone texts you.

- Season or program fees in plain numbers
- One Register (or Enroll) step that works on a phone
- Deposits paid straight to your accounts (Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Square, or your card processor)

- Does CCCM hold registration money?
- No. Deposits and fees go to your Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Square, or card processor. We never hold your money — only the site rental.
- Is this for schools and academies too?
- Club sites use the self-serve offer. Schools and academies are a quoted build — talk first at /academy-os, no online checkout for that lane.
- How fast can a club schedule site go live?
- About 2 business days after paid checkout and complete details (club name, city, sports or age groups, photos, packages, how you take payment).
