The operating system for athletic homeschools

A booking site sells a job. An athletic homeschool or sports academy runs a day: who is cleared to travel, what happened in the session, what the parent can export, and how families, scholarships, and sponsors pay for the seat.

That stack is software we host and run with you — roster, clearance, family payments, staff desk, travel packets, and a check before a kid’s photo goes public. It is a different product from a trade or club booking site.

Attendance and instruction land as a clear log of what happened. Fees and packets follow what actually happened — not a wish list typed into a form.

The parent owns the portfolio. Export goes to the parent. It is never a school report card and never a transcript we hold as a school. We never hold scholarship funds.

Photo-release publishing is the other half clubs feel: staff can message families internally; publishing a team photo refuses to tag a kid without a release on file.

CCCM quotes Academy OS separately. We quote after a conversation. No online checkout. Texting can be added later if you want it.

Hosting, data, email, and a real staff desk for one academy are a different product from the booking site for cleaners and clubs.
