The operating system for athletic homeschools

A booking site sells a job. An athletic homeschool or sports academy runs a day: who is cleared to travel, what happened in the session, what the parent can export, and what money rail covers the seat.

That stack is an operating system we host and run — identity, entitlements, ESA-native funding rail, staff cockpit, travel-readiness, and Broadcast vs Publish with a photo-release stop. It is not a $99 brochure page.

Happened before owed before claimed. Attendance and instruction land as contemporaneous log. Fees and packets follow what actually happened — not a wish list typed into a form.

The parent owns the portfolio. Export goes to the parent. It is never a school record and never a transcript we hold as a school. We are not a full-time private school. We do not custody scholarship money.

Photo-release publishing is the other half clubs feel: Broadcast can move internal messages; Publish refuses to tag a kid without a release on file.

CCCM prices this as Custom / platform: $4,500 setup, then $599/mo with a three-month minimum — inquiry only, not Stripe checkout at $149 or $99. SMS/A2P is extra later (pass-through plus $49/mo) when Twilio 10DLC is approved.

Why not $99: Vercel, database, email, an agent desk, and taxonomy care for one academy cost real money. Ninety-nine dollars is the booking-site run price for cleaners. This is a different product.
