U8 through U14 packages without a confusing matrix screenshot

Age-group grids pasted as blurry screenshots help nobody on a phone. Rec clubs need clean packages: U8, U10, U12, U14 (or your real bands) — each with dates, fee stack, and Register — not a spreadsheet photo from 2019.

Age-group packages done clean

For each band publish:

- Age cutoff rule in one sentence - Season dates / day-of-week if fixed - Fee stack (club, league, uniform) - What is included (game days, practices, jersey) - Register button for that package - Full / closed state when seats are gone

Shared FAQ can cover general rules. Do not make every age inherit a 40-row matrix. Parents should enroll the child in front of them without decoding color codes.

Cutoff dates without a decoder ring

Write the age cutoff like a human: "U10 = birth years YYYY–YYYY" or whatever rule you use. Link the association rule if needed. Do not assume parents know your acronym soup. If evaluation nights differ by age, list them under each package, not only in a master PDF.

Sibling families

Allow a clear path for two ages in one household: either two package checkouts with linked parent contact, or instructions for multi-child registration. Sibling discounts belong in text next to prices, not only in a board member's memory.

When bands share a night

If U10 and U12 share a facility block, say so under both packages. Do not assume parents read a separate master calendar PDF. When one band fills, close that card without closing the others. Travel vs rec ages belong on separate paths if rules differ — do not blur them in one matrix.

CCCM working site

- $149 first month, then $99/month, three-month minimum - We structure age packages you define and keep them updated - Money to your club — CCCM never holds it - Checkout: https://www.getcccm.com/checkout - Clubs: https://www.getcccm.com/sports

Moving a player between age bands mid-season is ops. Academy OS is talk-first: https://www.getcccm.com/academy-os — no public OS price.

Invented sample (not a client)

"Pine County Youth Hoops Rec (invented) replaced a spreadsheet screenshot with four Register cards — U8, U10, U12, U14 — each with fee stack and Saturday gym location." Invented — not a live club.

Update without a new screenshot

When league dates shift, change the package text — do not upload another matrix image. Phone users pinch-zoom screenshots and still misread. Clean cards age better than graphics nobody can edit but one volunteer.

Evaluation vs automatic placement

If some ages auto-place and others evaluate, say so under each package. Parents hate learning their U12 needs a tryout only after they paid the U10-style fee.
