Hybrid school: publish the on-campus calendar next to enroll
Hybrid families buy a rhythm: which days on campus, which days at home. If that rhythm only lives in a PDF from last August, parents enroll blind — or they message you every week in September.
Put the on-campus calendar next to the Register path on one public site.
Show the rhythm, not a philosophy essay
- Which weekdays are on campus this term - Hours for drop-off and pick-up - How home days work at a high level (you assign; family chooses; co-op model — whatever is true) - Holiday and break alignment (or honest “we do not match the district”) - Optional enrichment days as separate packages if they cost extra - Who to contact when a campus day flips to remote for weather
A simple term grid beats a decorative calendar widget nobody updates.
Enrollment without calendar clarity is unfinished
Parents cannot judge commute, childcare, and work schedules without the days. Publish them before you ask for a deposit. If the calendar is still tentative, label it “proposed — board vote May 15” and give a date when it locks.
Two-income households will not gamble a deposit on a vibe. They need Tue/Thu in writing.
CCCM working site
- $149 first month, then $99/month, three-month minimum - We keep the public calendar and Register page updated from your notes - Families pay you direct — CCCM never holds tuition - Checkout: https://www.getcccm.com/checkout - Club-style Fridays: https://www.getcccm.com/sports
When attendance tracking across campus and home gets heavy, talk Academy OS: https://www.getcccm.com/academy-os — no public OS price.
Invented sample (not a client)
“Harbor Hybrid (invented) lists Tue/Thu on campus 8:30–2:30, home Mon/Wed/Fri, spring term dates on the same page as Register, deposits to the school Zelle.” Invented — not a live school.
Mid-year calendar changes
If you must change a campus day, update the site the same day you text families. The page is the record. Texts are the alert. Do not leave last term’s grid up through October “because we are busy.”
Sibling and multi-program households
Some siblings are full hybrid; others only buy Friday enrichment. Show packages so households can mix without a custom quote for every combination — or say “household form, we reply with options” and still collect one submission.
Blended families and different last names are normal. Give a notes field.
Home-day expectations without micromanaging
One short paragraph is enough on the public site: who plans the home day, what reporting you expect, and where deep curriculum detail lives (parent portal, email, handbook). Do not paste the entire home-day curriculum on the marketing homepage.
Plain next step
If a working public Register site is what you need, start at https://www.getcccm.com/checkout or email hello@getcccm.com with your school or club name, city, and what you run. If you need staff-desk ops instead, use https://www.getcccm.com/academy-os and expect a conversation — not a self-serve price button.
FAQ
- Must the calendar be interactive?
- No. A clear list or table parents can screenshot is enough.
- Can we password the calendar?
- Public rhythm should be public. Private links for deep lesson plans can stay elsewhere.
- Where does tuition go?
- To you. CCCM never holds it.
- How fast?
- About one business day after paid checkout and complete details.
- District calendar conflicts?
- State your calendar. Do not pretend alignment you do not offer.
