Hybrid homeschool co-op registration parents can finish Tuesday night

Co-op registration still happens after bedtime, after dishes, after a second kid’s math. If the only path is a Google Form that broke, a paper packet in a church foyer, or a Facebook thread that scrolled away, parents quit — or they send incomplete packets you chase for a month.

Give them one public page they can finish on a Tuesday night.

What a co-op page has to make obvious

- Which days are on-campus (or at the church / rented hall) - Which days are home - Age bands or class blocks - Member fees vs class fees vs supply fees — list the stack once - Volunteer jobs if membership requires them - Liability and photo release on the same form - Drop-off and pickup rules in a short paragraph - How families pay **the co-op** (not a personal Venmo with no name on the site) - A Register button that works on a phone

If you are a legally informal group, say how you are organized. Do not perform “academy” language you cannot back.

Liability forms belong in the signup, not the foyer

Chasing signatures in a hallway is how someone is on site without a release. Put the release in the form. Keep paper as a backup for families who need it.

Emergency contacts and who may pick up a child belong there too.

Fees without a matrix screenshot

Parents should not need a screenshot of a color-coded spreadsheet to know what they owe. Write packages: “Tuesday-only, ages 5–7,” “Tue/Thu full block,” “high-school lab fee extra.” If a fee is optional, mark it optional.

CCCM working site

- $149 first month, then $99/month, three-month minimum - Done-for-you public Register site - We run it; coordinators send updates - Families pay you. CCCM never holds co-op fees - Checkout: https://www.getcccm.com/checkout - Sports-leaning co-ops and clubs: https://www.getcccm.com/sports

Academy OS if attendance and clearance become a staff-desk problem: https://www.getcccm.com/academy-os — talk first, no public OS price.

Invented sample (not a client)

“Tuesday Hall Co-op (invented) lists Tue/Thu blocks, a $75 family membership, class fees by age band, and a liability checkbox on the same evening form.” Invented — not a live group.

Volunteer requirements

If every family must teach or clean, say the hours. Hidden volunteer debt is a common reason families leave in November. Put the expectation next to the price.

Calendar next to enroll

Hybrid families choose you for the calendar as much as the culture. Publish the on-campus dates for the term. A PDF calendar is fine if it is current and linked. A 2024 PDF is not.

Coordinator burnout

One coordinator should not be the CMS, the cashier, and the form-chaser. The rental takes the public door. The coordinator still decides exceptions. That is the right split.

Mid-term joins and exits

Say whether a family can join in October and whether a mid-term exit refunds anything. Co-ops that stay silent here spend winter in argument. A two-sentence policy on the Register page is enough; the handbook can carry the rest.

Tuesday night registration only works if the rules are already written down.

Plain next step

If a working public Register site is what you need, start at https://www.getcccm.com/checkout or email hello@getcccm.com with your school or club name, city, and what you run. If you need staff-desk ops instead, use https://www.getcccm.com/academy-os and expect a conversation — not a self-serve price button.
