Enrichment-day and Friday program registration for hybrid families
Many hybrid and homeschool communities sell a la carte enrichment days — labs, arts, athletics, Friday co-op. Parents love the flexibility. They hate hunting a new Google Form every season while fees live in a spreadsheet titled `FINAL_Friday`.
Publish enrichment days as bookable packages on one working site.
Package the day clearly
- Which weekday and hours - Ages or grade bands - What is included (instruction, materials, snack rules) - Price per day, per term, or punch-card — whatever you actually charge - Drop-in vs committed seats - Pickup rules and late fees if you have them - How families pay **you** - Liability / photo release on the same form
If soccer Friday looks like a club, say so — and point athletic families to a clear sports path. CCCM’s club angle lives at https://www.getcccm.com/sports
Why a la carte needs a storefront
Enrichment is optional spending. Optional spending dies when the buy path is annoying. A phone-friendly package list with Register beats “comment INTEREST on this Facebook post.”
Cap seats. Show when a day is full. Move overflow to waitlist instead of silent overbooking.
CCCM working site
- $149 first month, then $99/month, three-month minimum - Seasonal packages on the same rental — you do not rebuild a site each term - Money to your program account — CCCM never holds fees - Checkout: https://www.getcccm.com/checkout
If attendance across many enrichment sections becomes the pain, Academy OS is talk-first: https://www.getcccm.com/academy-os — no public OS price.
Invented sample (not a client)
“Friday Forge Enrichment (invented) lists STEM lab, art studio, and outdoor games as separate packages, each with ages, term price, and a Register button to the same site.” Invented — not a live program.
Sibling and multi-day carts
Households often buy two kids on one day or one kid on two days. Allow notes on the form. If your pricing needs a human quote for big households, say that — still collect one submission so you are not rebuilding the family in email.
Instructors and room changes
Publish the room and the lead adult when you can. Update the site when the art room moves to the basement for VBS week. Enrichment parents plan childcare around your door, not your improvisation.
Seasonal rhythm
Open registration on a published date. Close it. Do not leave last spring’s Friday packages live into fall with old prices. Stale packages create refund arguments.
Liability and pick-up without drama
Enrichment days often bring adults who are not the primary weekday teacher. Put pickup authorization and emergency contacts on the Register form. Keep the clipboard for name tags if you want — not for discovering who may take a child home.
If a day includes off-site walking field trips, say so on the package page before payment.
Plain next step
If a working public Register site is what you need, start at https://www.getcccm.com/checkout or email hello@getcccm.com with your school or club name, city, and what you run. If you need staff-desk ops instead, use https://www.getcccm.com/academy-os and expect a conversation — not a self-serve price button.
