Girls-only or boys-only programs: clear age and gender paths on the site

If you run girls-only, boys-only, or separate pathways by gender, say so clearly on the public site. Parents should not discover the rule in a tryout line. Clarity is kindness — not a twenty-question FAQ dump, and not marketing fog that says "all athletes welcome" when a specific team is single-gender.

Inclusive clarity without awkward spam

State what you offer in plain language:

- Which programs are girls-only, boys-only, or open - Age bands for each path - Whether siblings of another gender have a parallel option - How coed clinics or camps differ from team tracks - What "evaluation" means if placement is selective

Put the facts next to Register. Lead with what you offer and who it serves. Avoid lectures. Avoid inventing legal claims you have not reviewed with your own counsel. Publish the operational truth of your programs: ages, paths, fees, Register.

Navigation that works

Use separate packages or clearly labeled paths: Girls U12 Season | Boys U12 Season | Coed Skills Block. Shared header and facility map are fine. Shared one-form-fits-all that forces the wrong waiver path is not.

If your org also runs rec or academy tracks, keep those labels clean so a family hunting Saturday rec does not land on elite single-gender tryout language first.

Marketing photos and path labels

Use photos that match the path a parent is viewing. A girls-academy page should not lead with only coed camp images if that confuses who the program is for. Captions can name the program. When you add a new open clinic, label it clearly so it does not overwrite a single-gender team path in the nav.

Update "full" states per path. One gender band full does not mean the whole academy is closed.

CCCM working site

- $149 first month, then $99/month, three-month minimum - We structure packages and paths you define; you approve the wording - Families pay you direct — CCCM never holds it - Checkout: https://www.getcccm.com/checkout - Club seasons: https://www.getcccm.com/sports

Roster moves and clearance across those paths are ops. Academy OS is talk-first: https://www.getcccm.com/academy-os — no public OS price.

Invented sample (not a client)

"Summit Girls Soccer Project (invented) lists Girls Academy teams by age with a separate Coed Finishing Clinic package — same site, no confused tryout night." Invented — not a live academy.

Waitlists by path

If girls U12 is full but boys U12 is open, say so with separate waitlist or full labels. A single "academy full" banner punishes the open path and creates angry DMs.

Tryout night signage matches the site

Print age and path labels that match the website packages. A handwritten "girls this way" that conflicts with the Register page creates the exact confusion you published the site to prevent.

Plain next step

If a working public Register site is what you need, start at https://www.getcccm.com/checkout or email hello@getcccm.com with your academy name, city, and program paths. Clubs: https://www.getcccm.com/sports. Staff-desk ops: https://www.getcccm.com/academy-os — conversation first.
