If your private school only lives on Facebook, families bounce
Facebook is fine for lunch photos and reminder posts. It is a weak place to ask a relocating family to trust you with a year of tuition.
Algorithms change. Pages get limited. Grandparents who help with research may not use the app. Maps and search still look for a website button — and bounce when it is missing or dead.
What Facebook cannot replace
- A stable URL you can put on a yard sign and a church bulletin - An enrollment form that does not require joining a group - Tuition and deposit clarity without scrolling a years-long feed - Photo release and contacts collected once, not in Messenger - A page Google and Maps can send people to on purpose
Social posts help. A working site is the storefront you control.
The bounce pattern
Parent sees your school mentioned. Opens Facebook. Hits “message” or “see more.” Waits. Meanwhile another school’s Register page is already open on their phone. You never hear why they vanished.
The same pattern hits Instagram-only schools. Pretty feed, leaky enrollment.
What CCCM rents
A done-for-you public site for schools and clubs:
- Register / Enroll on mobile - Packages and payment methods you choose - Money to your accounts only - $149 first month, then $99/month, three-month minimum - We run it so staff are not stuck in a builder
Keep posting on Facebook. Point the bio and posts to your Register URL. Use the site for the decisions that need trust and clarity.

Academy OS is not this product — talk first at https://www.getcccm.com/academy-os if you need staff-desk ops. No public checkout price on Academy OS.
Honest notes
We do not invent live client URLs. If we show a sample look, it is an invented brand and labeled that way. Your school’s site will use your real name, city, and photos.
A practical split
Use Facebook for community and reminders. Use the working site for enroll, deposit, open house RSVP, and “how to pay us.” Do not make parents join a platform to start school.
Maps, search, and the missing website button
Google Business profiles still surface a website field. If it is empty, or points at Facebook, you train buyers to treat you as informal. Informal is fine for a bake sale. It is risky for annual tuition.
Claim the Maps listing. Point it at your Register URL. Keep Facebook for community.
What to post on social after the site is live
Share open house dates with a link. Share enrollment deadlines with a link. Share a short “how deposits work” post with a link. Stop asking people to DM for basic facts.
Plain next step
If a working public Register site is what you need, start at https://www.getcccm.com/checkout or email hello@getcccm.com with your school or club name, city, and what you run. If you need staff-desk ops instead, use https://www.getcccm.com/academy-os and expect a conversation — not a self-serve price button.
FAQ

- Usually better to link out. The site should answer enroll questions without forcing the feed.
- What about Instagram?
- Same rule: pretty feed, real Register link.
- Do you manage our social accounts?
- This rental is the working site. Ask if you want something else scoped separately.
- Is there a long contract beyond three months?
- Three-month minimum on the working-site rental; ask us about cancel and export details when you are ready.
