When you need both

You need the site when strangers cannot enroll without a DM chase. You need the OS conversation when enrollment is fine but daily roster and clearance chaos is the tax. Many academies eventually run both: public Register takes the seat; staff desk runs the season.

Do not take attendance on the marketing homepage. Do not hide tryout registration behind software families never see.
