Season packages and training blocks parents can compare on one page

Parents comparing academies open two tabs and look for a simple question: what do we get, for how long, for how much? If your answer is “DM for pricing,” you lose the careful families — and keep the ones who enjoy haggling.

List season packages and training blocks on one page they can compare without a phone call.

Package fields that reduce back-and-forth

- Name of package (Fall season, Winter skills block, Elite two-days, etc.) - Ages or teams included - Days and times - Length of term and number of sessions - What is included (training, games, film, strength — only what is true) - What is not included (travel hotels, uniforms, tournament gate) - Price and deposit - Payment methods to **your** accounts - Register button per package or one form with package choice

Sibling discounts belong in one paragraph, not a secret only board kids know.

Pay the academy direct

CCCM routes families through your public site. We do not hold season tuition. Publish Zelle, Venmo, card, Square, or check instructions you actually monitor.

CCCM working site

- $149 first month, then $99/month, three-month minimum - We update packages when seasons roll - Checkout: https://www.getcccm.com/checkout - Club programs: https://www.getcccm.com/sports

Staff ops for who paid vs who practiced is a later conversation: https://www.getcccm.com/academy-os — talk-first, no public OS price.

Invented sample (not a client)

“Harbor Performance Lab (invented) lists Fall Team, Winter Skills 8-week, and Saturday open training as three packages with ages, session counts, and deposits to the lab’s Square.” Invented — not a live academy.

Avoid the matrix screenshot

A photo of a coach’s whiteboard spreadsheet is not a storefront. Retype packages into clean cards. If you have twelve variants, group them — or offer “tell us age and goal” on the form and reply with two options. Still better than DM-only pricing.

Mid-season adds

When you open a January block, add it to the same site. Do not leave October packages up with old prices. Stale pricing creates “but the website said” arguments you will lose.

Scholarship and reduced seats

If you offer aid, say how to inquire without publishing fake case studies or inventing recipients. A short “scholarship inquiry” checkbox is enough. Keep awards private.

Compare-without-calling is the product

Two-income households decide at night. If they must wait for a callback to learn the difference between “Team” and “Skills,” they buy elsewhere or stall until your roster is awkward. Packages on one page respect their time and yours.

When a package sells out, mark it full on the site the same day. Do not keep a Register button that only produces apology emails.

Plain next step

If a working public Register site is what you need, start at https://www.getcccm.com/checkout or email hello@getcccm.com with your school or club name, city, and what you run. If you need staff-desk ops instead, use https://www.getcccm.com/academy-os and expect a conversation — not a self-serve price button.
