What a website is for

A CCCM working site (separate product) is the public storefront:

- Who you are and what you run - Season packages, tryouts, camps - Fees paid to **your** school or academy - Waivers at signup - Maps, parking, coach bios parents trust before they deposit

Families finish on a phone without joining your staff software.

What Academy OS is for

- Who showed up - Who is cleared - Mid-season roster moves - Travel-weekend composition - Staff permissions and notes

Coaches open it to run the day. Strangers should not need an account to learn your tuition range.

Why mixing them hurts

When you force ops into a website builder:

- Taking attendance stays clumsy - Permissions are basically “who has the website login” - You fear updating marketing because you might break the roster - Parents see staff-only clutter — or staff hide enrollment behind login walls

When you force marketing into heavy ops software:
