Facility rental inquiries vs athlete program signup — keep them separate
Gyms and fields that host your academy often also rent to outside teams. Mixing "rent our court" with "join our program" on one confused form produces junk leads and missed athlete deposits. One site can hold both — with two clear CTAs and two different paths.
Two doors, one domain
**Athlete program path**
- Tryouts, season packages, camps, skills blocks - Ages, fees, waivers, Register - Payment to **the academy** for training products
**Facility rental path**
- Available spaces, hours, insurance requirements - Inquiry form (dates, org name, certificate of insurance ask) - How rental invoices are paid — still to you, not to CCCM - Rules: no cleats, lights, cleanup, cancellation
Do not make a travel-team director fill a youth membership form to ask about Friday night court time.
Why mixing fails
Program Register fields (birth date, belt size, swimsuit size) annoy rental customers. Rental fields (COI, hourly rate negotiation) scare parents trying to enroll a 10-year-old. Separate forms. Shared header and parking map are fine.
CCCM working site
- $149 first month, then $99/month, three-month minimum - Two CTAs on one rented site we keep current - Money for programs and rentals goes to you — CCCM never holds it - Checkout: https://www.getcccm.com/checkout - Club facilities and seasons: https://www.getcccm.com/sports
Who is on the floor tonight across renters and academy teams is ops. Academy OS is talk-first: https://www.getcccm.com/academy-os — no public OS price.
Invented sample (not a client)
"Westfield Athletic Center (invented) uses Register for academy teams and a separate 'Rent the Facility' inquiry form with COI checklist — same domain, two buttons in the header." Invented — not a live facility.
Navigation that saves the front desk
Header: Programs | Rent the gym | Contact. Footer: same. Homepage hero: primary CTA for your main revenue (usually athlete programs) with a secondary link for rentals if rentals matter.
If rentals are rare, a short inquiry page is enough. If rentals are a business line, give them a real landing page with rates or rate ranges.
Insurance and liability copy
State that outside renters must provide COI meeting your minimums. Link a PDF requirements sheet if you have one. Keep athlete waivers on the program path — different risk, different form.
Scheduling conflicts
Publish a high-level note on how academy priorities and rentals interact ("academy training has priority on weeknights" or whatever is true). You do not need a full public booking calendar on day one — inquiry plus human confirm is enough for many facilities.
When a program package sells out, mark it full without touching the rental inquiry form.
Plain next step
If a working public Register site is what you need, start at https://www.getcccm.com/checkout or email hello@getcccm.com with your school or club name, city, and what you run. If you need staff-desk ops instead, use https://www.getcccm.com/academy-os and expect a conversation — not a self-serve price button.
