Camps and clinics as separate packages on the academy site

Summer camps and holiday clinics should not require a brand-new website. Add them as seasonal packages on the same academy rental: dates, ages, price, Register. Parents already trust your domain; give them a second button — not a second builder login.

Seasonal package fields

- Camp or clinic name and sport focus - Dates, daily hours, and drop-off / pick-up rules - Ages or grade bands - What is included (training, shirt, film — only what is true) - What is not (lunch, extended care — say if add-ons exist) - Price, deposit, sibling rules - Waiver and emergency contacts - How families pay **the academy** - Cap and waitlist

Extended-day or lunch add-ons belong next to the main package — not in a separate email chain only returning families see.

Why a new site is the wrong reflex

A coach builds a temporary Squarespace for "just this June," then nobody renews it, then next June you start over. One rented working site absorbs camps as packages. We update; you send dates and photos.

CCCM working site

- $149 first month, then $99/month, three-month minimum - Seasonal packages on the same site as tryouts and teams - Money to your academy — CCCM never holds it - Checkout: https://www.getcccm.com/checkout - Club camps and clinics: https://www.getcccm.com/sports

Camp-week check-in ops (who is here today) may need a staff desk. Academy OS is talk-first: https://www.getcccm.com/academy-os — no public OS price.

Invented sample (not a client)

"Summit Skills Academy (invented) adds June shooting camp and August multi-sport clinic as packages under Camps on the same domain as Fall team Register." Invented — not a live academy.

Early-bird and sibling logic

If early-bird pricing exists, put the cutoff on the page. Sibling discounts in one paragraph. Do not reserve the real price for people who know to ask.

Day camp vs overnight

Overnight needs clearer packing lists, medical notes, and refund rules. Still the same site — longer package page, not a different tech stack. Have counsel review overnight acknowledgments; present them in mobile-friendly form fields.

Marketing without orphan landing pages

Instagram, flyers, and school partnership emails should all hit the same camp Register URL. Orphan Bitly links to expired Google Forms are how you lose August revenue in July.

After camp, keep the relationship

End-of-camp CTA: fall tryouts or season packages on the same site. Do not make families hunt a new link. Continuity is the quiet advantage of one domain.

Mark sessions full the day they fill. Keep waitlist live if you offer it.

Staffing and ratios on the camp page

If you advertise a coach ratio or named camp director, keep it true. Parents compare camps on safety and attention as much as drills. Update the page if staffing changes before camp week.

Plain next step

If a working public Register site is what you need, start at https://www.getcccm.com/checkout or email hello@getcccm.com with your school or club name, city, and what you run. If you need staff-desk ops instead, use https://www.getcccm.com/academy-os and expect a conversation — not a self-serve price button.
