Why this price
A booking site is a page. This is an operating system we host and run — identity, entitlements, three money rails, staff cockpit, travel-readiness, Step Up + tournament packets, academic map (export to parent, never a school record), roster messaging, clearance/testing/reviews. Monthly run cost is hosting + data + email + a real ops desk (agents draft attendance/invoices, staff review). $99 cannot cover that. $599 is the run price so we stay in the business.
What does Custom / platform cost?
Custom / platform is inquiry-scoped — not self-serve Stripe at $149 or $99. Athletic-homeschool and sports-academy OS: $4,500 setup, then $599/mo with a 3-month minimum. That covers hosting an OS we run (Vercel, database, email, agent desk, taxonomy/care) — not a brochure. SMS/A2P is extra later (pass-through plus $49/mo) when Twilio 10DLC is approved.
